Mission:

EFA Automazione can boast a strong "know how" in the field of Human-to-Machine interfaces and in the industrial communication, that comes from past experiences in plants integration and design of PLC terminals operator.
Thanks to this decennial experience, today EFA is able to supply HMI/SCADA products directed to the "solution" of specific problems, by using an application engineer department growing up facing real situations.
To the traditional HW and SW products for System Integrators and OEM, EFA Automazione has created a lot of software proposals for data collection, analysis of the production performances and business intelligence.
EFA Automazione has based its success on its innate inclination to the technical consulting and the customer service.

Training
	EFA Automazione has an excellent reputation in the field of HMI/SCADA and in the industrial communication, by supporting its customers with many training courses, characterized by general subjects or for specific requirements. Periodically, EFA Automazione also organizes seminars to update OEM, System Integrators and partners on the new features of the products range, supplied by our leading companies, of which we have the exclusive distribution for Italy. In all these cases, we try to give importance to the technical aspect and to the professional growth of our partners.
Storage EFA Automazione offers a complete service to its customers: technical support, training courses, but also a very refurnished storage for any urgent matter. EFA can deliver almost 90% of ist product, e.g. HMI and industrial communication devices in no more than 24/48 h. For special customer requests, any deliver will take no longer than 2 working weeks.
	Repair Centre EFA Automazione, characterized by its planning and producing capacities for the industrial automation, places at its customers' disposal a rapid and efficient service for the repairing of products distributed by EFA Automazione.
